Creating detailed bills of quantities for all MEP services before inviting tenders.

Preparing tender documents with technical specifications, general, and special conditions of contracts.

Developing and releasing working drawings for execution.

Conducting inspections at various stages of MEP execution to provide guidance on preparatory, ongoing, and completed works, and generating reports on the same.

Collaborating with architects and other consultants as required by the project.
