Structural Design

Developing the Design Basis Report (DBR), Preparation of Preliminary/Final Structural Designs & Drawings, for municipal submission and construction purposes.

Conducting inspection at identified stages of structural execution works, to provide guidance on preparatory, ongoing, and completed works, and generating reports on the same.

Issuing the Structural Completion Certificate based on certifications from the site supervisor.

Reviewing cube registers to ensure quality control and construction quality.

Providing detailed instructions on construction joints, construction sequence, and related aspects.

Collaborating with architects and other consultants as required by the project.

Estimating and submitting stage-wise approximate quantities of steel and concrete consumed in the project based on final designs and calculations.
