Providing suggestions and feedback on architectural, structural, MEP, and project execution matters to improve project planning and control, and to check project costing.

Estimating and budgeting the project, including the preparation of approximate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Preparing tender documents with technical specifications, and general and special conditions of contracts in consultation with respective consultants.

Preparing execution Bar Charts and Cash-Flow plans for the project.

Appointing and monitoring site engineers and supervisors as per site requirements.

Developing work programs in consultation with architects, contractors, and various consultants. Acquiring drawings in advance from drawing departments (architectural and structural) and other services to ensure smooth project execution.

Assisting in the appointment and finalization of all agencies, including contractors and service consultants for electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, lighting, security, painting, POP, lifts, and escalators, and architectural system consultants.

Conducting monthly meetings with contractors, various consultants, and architects to resolve site-related issues.

Planning material requirements for the project and controlling the inventory of materials to ensure smooth, uninterrupted project execution.

Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for the project, verifying contractors' bills for work done, and recording joint measurements of work.

Guiding the site supervision team on the proper proportion and workmanship of materials at all stages of execution of individual work items.

Ensuring close coordination between contractors, architects, and various service consultants (electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, lighting, etc.).

Checking mix designs for economical, workable, and cohesive design with available materials. Assisting clients in sourcing good quality materials at reasonable rates.

Reviewing cube registers to ensure quality control and construction quality.

Providing detailed instructions on construction joints, construction sequence, and related aspects.

Managing project closure responsibilities and handing over to the client as per finalized amenities.
